If an agent who has been invited to chat has not received the invitation email, you can resend the email by revoking the invitation and creating the user again.

In order to revoke the existing invitation, navigate to the Headshot Menu > Account Setup.


On the Agents screen, select the Pending tab, and then revoke any agents who need a new invitation.


Once this is complete you can resend the invitations to the agents.
