Want to deploy the chat in an email to your customers? Simply place our chat link in the body of the email using this format:


Replace the site ID with your account site ID, which can be found by clicking your photo in the upper right hand corner of the Velaro application, selecting Account Setup, and then going to Account > Settings > Details.



Note: The group ID is mandatory or else it won’t work. If you’re using the Default Group, the group ID should be 0. If you’re using a group other than the Default Group, you can find the group ID in the Account Setup area by going to Groups and clicking the group name link.
